A member only chatbox (portal)

Hey guys we might have a member only portal and a guest portal instead of two chatboxes. The member one will be on the home page bc all of the links to our site goes directly to the portal page so that will be the guest one ok. So if you see that no one is on on the portal page just click home and we will be on that portal.

No its fine now the only problem now is that we need like a clan war portal but i dont know how to make another tab like on WFB which leads to the top 100 portal
