Mr. Game and Watch Strategies

OK. Ima start off by naming some good and bad things about mr g&w. He has good ko moves, recovery, combos, dashing, edge guarding, and he can absorb energy moves. But he is 1 of the lightest characters in the game so he can die pretty quickly, has short grab reach, and has generally short-ranged attacks. Another good thing is that GW can attack from almost every angle, like side above ect. From the side on the ground, dashing can help a lot. This can lead u into a position where u can grab or smash attack. But u shouldnt use smasher that much bc it leaves u open. A second way from the side is by using small jumping aerials. U may no but down air is my favorite. The key can be very annoying and stressful for the opponent bc it can be maneuvered while going down from the air. So it may still hit even if they dodge the attack. The side air needs to be used when u r very close to the enemy. But it can hit them twice and u can still recover from it. Up air can only be used when ur enemy is above u. If u use it, it will blow them upwards again and it causes damage if u hit them. The b air move is another very useful one. Its quick, strong, and it hits multiple times. A great thing about the turtle is that is eats away shields.
This is one of my strategies with him and ill add on to this later.
